Bulzomi Bus lines is a second-generation school bus and charter service with School bus Operator Accreditations in both NSW & Vic. It commenced in 1973 when Raffaele (Richard) Bulzomi and his wife Rosa purchased a single school contract from RJ Haynes Known as the
Robinvale – Euston – Lake Benanee Service in the town of Euston situated on the banks of the Murray River in southern New South Wales, and is also the border town to Robinvale Vic.
By 1981 a further two contracts were formed and would become known as The Robinvale - Euston -Mount dispersion service and the Robinvale – Euston - Brett Road service.
These three school bus services operated as a cross boarder service as Euston has only a Primary school with secondary schools over the border in Robinvale Vic. In 1992 a fourth contract was purchased from A Adcock of Robinvale Victoria and is known as the Toll Toll - Robinvale service.
In 2003 whilst visiting family in
Bangalow, a town situated in the Northern Rivers region of NSW 167 km south of Brisbane, Richard came across two school contracts for sale. Richard believed that this was an opportunity to expand the bus business in an area that appeared to be experiencing significant growth. These two contracts were purchased from B & D Coaches in 2004 and one of Richard and Rosa’s sons moved from Euston to Bangalow to manage this operation.
Sadly in 2006 Richard passed away and his sons used the company Bulzomi Bros Pty Ltd to take over the school contracts and by 2017 had acquired a further three contracts in the Bangalow region.
